We’ve had the pleasure of working with Universal stone so far on 2 projects and we would not use anyone else going forward. They came through on cutting and installing material that a lot of other companies were not willing to take on. Our counters look magnificent, Julia, Dana, Sam and the team bent over backwards to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted (we are designers and are super fussy, so it can’t have been easy). This company are experts with anything “stone”. Sam, the Proprietor, is an absolute genius…..I had a marble coffee table that got broken in transit, leaving it totally ruined. I took it to Sam and asked if he could do anything to restore it. He didn’t hesitate to take this matter into his hands. I didn’t expect anything as had written it off. He called me a few days later to say the table was ready to pick up. When I saw my table I couldn’t believe my eyes…..he had fixed it to perfection, I actually shed a tear with delight! My gratitude to this artisan is immeasurable. Thank you Sam, I’m eternally grateful.

Dana and Sam were incredibly generous when I came to them with a small and fiddly job left after our kitchen was left unfinished by the cabinet maker. They communicated promptly and did everything they could to solve my problem. A wonderful, customer-focussed family business!

My experience with Universal Stone was excellent from the beginning. Julia is the first person you talk to. So knowledgeable and helpful. Trent came out to do the measuring and finalise everything. Great suggestions and support. On the day of instillation I had 2 installers who were so professional and went beyond what they needed to, to install my stone bench top and leave everything clean and tidy .
